Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or when items are temporarily out of stock.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volume. VF Designs is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VF Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
